FACSA participates in the XIII IWA Leading Edge Conference with REMEB

  • REMEB has been presented in the event which this year took place in Jerez de la Frontera, Spain

Facsa participated in the prestigious international congress XIII IWA Leading Edge Conference on Water and Wastewater Technologies with REMEB Project. The event took place from 13th to 16th June in Jerez de la Frontera, Spain, under the motto “Evaluating Impacts on Innovation”. The Congress gathered more than 400 scientists from all over the world and the main players of the wastewater and drinking water treatment, who analysed the state-of-the-art advances at a global level in the integral water cycle.

In this context of innovation, Facsa presented REMEB project which aims to develop a low-cost ceramic membrane bioreactor based on industrial and agricultural wastes for wastewater reuse.

The REMEB project was exhibited in poster format by José Guillermo Berlanga, R&D Maganer in FACSA who presented the most relevant progresses of the project implementation.
